Well, not exactly. We think it’s actually all about the food. Like the really awesome panini we press into perfect combinations of taste and in-your-mouth attitude using our unique panini grill that presses each sandwich to a ridged, crisp perfection. And, of course, it’s also about just how easy it is to love My Panini – or Your Panini, for that matter.
But, since you asked about us: here’s the back-story: Like some restaurants, we too have a single syllable owner/founder, but that’s where the similarity ends. This is not his story. This is the story of the quest to fulfill the mission of creating “the best panini on the planet, served with uniquely personalized service.” In order to know for sure that one is creating the best panini on the planet, one must eat every panino (singular in Italian for panini) already offered on the planet. Some were grilled, toasted, or worse – microwaved. Not PRESSed, the way a panini is supposed to be. Others were not crisp on the outside – or moist and delicious on the inside. Some were warm on the outside, and lukewarm on the inside, made with frozen, inferior ingredients, not prepared with the freshest ingredients in imaginative and flavorful combinations – you got it – the way a panini is supposed to be. So, the quest for the best panini on the planet continued, this time into test kitchens and focus groups who raved – and rated My Panini to be the best panini on their personal planet. It’s the way a panini is supposed to be: imPRESSive. My Panini, the restaurant, has been built from the ground up with every aspect of your experience considered - from what you see when you enter, to the greeting you hear from our people – from the presentation of our food to the temperature, taste and texture of each bite – and especially the things you might not even notice like our systems and training, our commitment to the community and our environment – every aspect, did we mention free wifi? – designed so My Panini is your favorite panini.
