ATLANTA – June 25, 2007 – Atlanta-based Grill Ventures, Inc announced today that the company’s first My Panini restaurant will open on July 9, 2007 at Lindbergh City Center. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 11 AM until 10 PM, serving lunch, dinner and catering.
The company also announced the appointment of Halis M. Ceviker as General Manager of the Lindbergh City Center location. Ceviker, who is also a partner in My Panini, was previously an executive with Donahoe Hospitality Services in Washington, DC.

The My Panini full-flavored menu features such categories as: Signature Panini, Panini from Around the World, and Bikini Panini™. The Signature Steakanini ™ is loaded with medium-rare roast beef, caramelized onion, roasted garlic Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, roasted red pepper and wasabi-Dijon aioli.
